For the past few weeks I’ve been working on a new project. We’re taking our training manuals, example files, and even a few videos and putting them online. We’re calling them CAD Books for now.
It’s proving to be quite a bit of work to get all of these books online so that they are consistent and aesthetically pleasing. It’s coming along though. I’ve got to run them through four programs once they’re done to get them in the right format. And, if a margin is off— time to start over!
Enough complaining though. We’re actually really excited about these CAD Books. We think that they are a great addition to our multi-day instructor led courses. They’re excellent reference materials, with great search functionality, that you can access from any computer with an internet connection and Flash capability.
You can check out the AutoCAD Update 2011 book for free and also take a look at our YouTube Channel for an overview video, as well as the videos from the books. All the books aren’t quite rolled out yet, but we’re almost there.
